H.E. Mr. Teferi Fikre Gossaye, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Republic of Ghana had a meeting with Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Republic Ghana, on 19th of June 2024.
The discussion between the Ambassador and the Minister focused on further strengthening the historical bilateral relations between the two Ethiopia and Ghana whereby the exchange of chancery possession between the Embassy of Ethiopia in Accra and the Embassy of Ghana in Addis Ababa shall be finalized on that understanding of the two sides. More over, the establishment of a Joint Ministerial Commission and formation of other plat forms will be of vital importance on the way to have discussions and consultations at each level of diplomatic engagements. The need to establish coordinating bodies is also discussed in view of expediting the implementation of those issues.
በጋና ሪፐብሊክ የኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ልዩ መልዕክተኛና ባለ ሙሉ ስልጣን አምባሳደር ተፈሪ ፍቅሬ ጎሳዬ ከጋና ሪፐብሊክ የውጭ ጉዳይና የአካባቢ ትስስር ሚኒስትር ክብርት ሸርሊ አዮርኮር ቦችዌ ጋር እ.ኤ.አ. ጁን 19 ቀን 2024 በክብርት ሚኒስትሯ ቢሮ በመገኘት ውይይት አደረጉ።
ውይይታቸውም ያተኮረው በኢትዮጵያና በጋና ኤምባሲዎች መካከል ያለውን የቢሮ ልውውጥ እና የጋራ የሚንስትሮች ኮሚሽን ማቋቋም ላይ ነበር። በቀጣይም በነዚህ ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ ከሁለቱም ተቋማት የሚመለከታቸውን አካላት በማቀናጀት አፈጸጸሙ እንዲቀላጠፍ ስምምነት ላይ ተደርሷል።
